Before your Boards

February 21st, 2009

Things to remember right before your board exams!

  • Just believe in yourself, and keep on saying, “Yes, I can!!” This is just another exam. You have already been through many of them before.
  • Strictly follow the schedule you have made.
  • All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Spare some time to relax. Go out on the playground and play for a few hours or listen to soft music… etc. This will keep your mind fresh.
  • Meditate. This is the best way to recollect all you have studied.
  • Avoid junk food, and have healthy food.
  • You have already solved sample papers. Now solve the paper in the exam time given. If possible try solving them with your friends.
  • Have a good sleep before your exam. Your body and mind equally need some rest.
  • Reach one hour before the scheduled time. Traffic problems may arise any time.
  • Once you reach the exam center, close all the books, and avoid talking on the subject of exam with your friends. If you have missed out a point, and your friends have done it, it may reduce your confidence.
  • If in the exam, you turn blank, just look out of the window and say, “I haven’t forgotten the answer. Remember it.”
